Golden City Entertainment, an entertainment company has launched a campus tour to get young gospel artists and give them a platform to excel.

In a briefing with newsmen, the Company said that the campus tour tagged: “Oh My God” was launched due to the realization that gospel artists lack the platform to advance themselves.

Speaking at the news conference, Mr Raymond Yeesuf popularly known as G-Ray said that the tour had already commences at the Nasarawa State University where a wide array of talented arts featured.

Speaking more on the tour, he said: “It is an idea initiated from the stables of the Golden City Entertainment, a subsidiary of Golden City Group Limited, an entertainment outfit.

“This movement is something that came as a result of gospel artists not having a platform to push their music, many of them have the talents and the skills but they lack the platform.

“We are not just talking about the musicians or singer: we are also talking about actors, poets, singers, inspirational speakers, writers and more.

“We want to push these people out that is why we are having auditions in 9 institutions across Nigeria to pick these artists and push them through our platform.

“After the auditions, the successful artists will perform on the show on the 16th of June with other artists that are here.

“We just finished the auditions in Nasarawa State University in Keffi, and we had an amazing array of artists,” he said.
